Romania’s accession into the European Union brought into the attention of the actors in railway transport market the opportunities and the threats of the new common market. Open competition at European level in the field of freight transports, but also the possibility of restructuring passenger transport services challenge railway operators to identify and adapt the most efficient solutions from economically point of view in order to face competition with and win over national and international competition. All these along with respecting the norms and the directives issued by the European Union, norms that became laws on the Romanian territory also.

This is why Club Feroviar Conference dedicated to railway operators, manufacturers and repairers of rolling stock, implies a polyvalent structure of the speech.  The Conference develops during two days (Thursday, May 31st, starting with 12.00 and Friday, June 1st, starting with 10.00) in the location favourable to business meetings represented by Piatra Mare Hotel in Poiana Braşov.
